Cable-Smart is an Irish-based audio-visual and ‘smart’ home installation business. We proudly cover the entire island of Ireland from our offices in Dublin and Belfast (and beyond its shores by special request).

Shipping

We currently offer free delivery within Northern Ireland & Great Britain.  We deliver within 2-3 days when stock is available.

Please note, we aim to deliver within the timeframe, however we do not guarantee that delivery will be made within the delivery times.  A signature will be required on delivery.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund, within 14 days of receipt of your order,   Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from cable-smart.co.uk.

Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by cable-smart Customer Service team.

PLEASE NOTE.. for hygiene reasons, in-ear headphones may not returned if they have been used. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.  To return goods the customer must inform us by email to cable-smart.co.uk within 14 days stating you want to return an item, to include name address and order number.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item arrives safely, in new condition, unopened, please ensure it is returned using trackable/postal service.

Faulty Goods

Goods are considered as faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase.  Our Cable-Smart team will determine if the product has suffered a manufacturing fault, and will return or refund the product as required. – Please note..usage damage is not considered to be faulty.  When a faulty item is returned, please be aware what it can only be replaced “like for like” subject to availability.  Cable-Smart reserve the right to replace or refund the faulty product.
