A Lutron HomeWorks system was installed to manage all lighting and shading, with SeeTouch keypads providing elegant, wall-mounted control. -
Master Bedroom Lighting & Shading
The Master Bedroom features both Lutron sheer blinds and room-darkening motorised curtains, controlled via bedside keypads. A single “Good Night” button switches off all lights downstairs—offering peace of mind from the comfort of bed. -
Wireless Bathroom Blind
A wireless, battery-operated blind was retrofitted to the downstairs bathroom using a Lutron Pico wireless keypad, delivering smart shading without rewiring—perfect for added privacy where it was later needed. -
Control4 Smart Home Integration
Control4 automation powers the entire AV and smart tech ecosystem. In the kitchen/living area, Triad ceiling speakers allow streaming from personal devices or a central remote that controls audio, lighting, blinds, CCTV, and the front gate. -
Seamless Living Room AV
The living room includes a wall-mounted LG TV with a flush-fitted Triad soundbar on a manual rotating bracket—a seamless blend of sound and design. -
Immersive Cinema Room
In the cinema room, Triad speakers, a Sony projector, and a Dragonfly projector screen deliver a true home cinema experience. When the projector is switched on, Control4 automatically lowers the Lutron blackout blind and dims the lights, setting the perfect scene. -
CCTV & Gate Integration
The home’s CCTV and electric gate system are also integrated—residents can view live footage from wall-mounted tablets and grant access to visitors with a simple tap.
