This stunning coastal property overlooks the promenade, with large windows and open-plan living spaces designed to take in the views. Our client wanted solutions that would preserve the style and comfort of the home while offering smart control over privacy, light, and sound.

• Privacy and shading were essential for this sea-facing home, which had multiple windows overlooking the promenade.

• In the kitchen, we installed a BeoSound Shape – a customisable speaker system that doubles as wall art, tailored in colour and layout to complement the space.

• A large skylight above the kitchen was fitted with a Lutron tension blind, controlled wirelessly via a wall-mounted keypad.

• To manage heat and light through six windows, we fitted Lutron honeycomb blinds, which help insulate in winter and keep things cool in summer – while adding texture to the room.

• All blinds are controlled by Lutron Pico Wireless keypads, ideal for retrofitting and surface-mounting without disruption.

In the Living Room:

• Continued use of Lutron honeycomb blinds for comfort and consistency.

• Installed a BeoVision Eclipse 55” TV with a smoked oak wood cover to match the room’s natural interior elements.

• A BeoRemote One is used to control both the TV and other B&O speakers throughout the house.

Other Features:

• A BeoSound 2 speaker was added for flexible listening – stylish and powerful, perfect for use across multiple rooms.

• In the Master Bedroom, we installed a Future Automation motorised ceiling drop mechanism to lower the TV from above, allowing for discreet placement when not in use and creating a dramatic, high-end experience.
